Features and Application
T553R is the application of compound stabilizer on plasticizing rolling hard PVC film on a high performance, the product belongs to a supramolecular layered double metal composite alkaline small initial coloring on PVC promotion, PVC has excellent thermal stability.
 
T553R environmental protection, non-toxic, free of heavy metals. The transparency is excellent and the dispersibility is excellent. Resistance to migration, dynamic processing, good stability. Add T553R PVC in the processing process, and can greatly improve the thermal stability, reduce lubricant components production formula, can replace or reduce the amount of tin (Sn) series of stabilizer, saving the cost of the formula. Because this product does not smell, the improvement of the production environment, employee health protection has also played an important role.
 
T553R, recommended for ultra transparent environmental protection PVC calendering film (blister, folding box, mirror printing) and so on.
